Delivery and Returns

FREE DELIVERY all weekend, ends Sunday 23rd Feb
First Class is pretty speedy, but if you need your jewellery for a special occasion, you can upgrade to 24-hour Tracked Delivery to keep an eye on its journey. (Just a heads-up—this service doesn’t include weekends as I'm often at markets rather than the jewellery bench!)
I pack and post orders as quickly as possible, and aim to post them within 1-2 working days of placing your order.

I want you to love your jewellery, but here's what to do if something’s not quite right:

You can return non-personalised jewellery, necklaces & bracelets within 28 days for a refund (or an exchange)
Since personalised jewellery is made to order, and earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, I sadly can’t offer refunds on those.
All my jewellery is sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic and unlikely to cause allergic reactions or skin irritation for most people. However, if you do get a reaction from wearing any of my jewellery I offer full refunds on return of the items.
